New Reflections SalonSpa, an Aveda Lifestyle Store & Salon with 3 locations in the western Minneapolis suburbs, is sending 8 of their staff to Aveda’s MASTERJAM ‘07, Milan Italy for Advanced Training, Continuing Education and In-Salon Coaching Programs.
The eight staff from the three New Reflections Salon locations will attend Aveda’s MASTERJAM ‘07 event, Milan, Italy, beginning March 25th, 2007. Advanced training and continuing education is a great tool for staff personal growth, which in turn, always benefits the guests of New Reflections SalonSpa. Aveda network of global advanced training and continuing education programs are based in the Aveda Academy and Aveda Institutes. Regional events such as the Aveda MASTERJAM ‘07 brings together Aveda experts and industry experts from around the world into one location for the maximum learning experience.
Aveda MASTERJAM is an annual event both in Europe and in the United States. The host city and teaching staff for the events rotate from year to year, but the quality of the presentations always seem to grow at each event.

MasterJam ’07 Milan. New Reflection Salon guests at all 3 locations will benefit richly
from the staff experience. The three locations include Edina 50th & France, Minnetonka Ridgedale Center and the flagship SalonSpa location in Plymouth Town Center. Our Plymouth location continues to serve guests with a full range of salon and spa services in addition the full line of Aveda retail products. Our Minnetonka and Edina locations offer a full menu of salon services including waxing and the full line of Aveda retail products.
